Xercise4less

Xercise4Less were introduced to Troy group following their successful office refurbishment of Kingswoods Leisure. Formerly an abandoned industrial warehouse, it undergone a complete rehab and was transformed into the largest gym facility in Milton Keynes. At approx 43,000sq, this is Troy groups biggest leisure refurbishment project completed-to-date.

The completed space includes refurbished changing room facilities, locker rooms, fitness studios and an open-plan reception, all fully branded with its unique yellow colouring. The project was announced shortly after Xercise4Less received significant funding from BGF investors to support their increasing market share. They are recognised as one of the UK’s leading low-cost gym chains with a loyal consumer following and Troy group were delighted to be involved with such an exciting brand.
