Warren has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years and has built a vast wealth of experience. He set up TROY group in 2011 to provide a more personal and dedicated fit out service, providing a high level of service to a number of established clients.
Julie is responsible for all things creative. She trained as a textile designer and previously worked for one of the UK’s leading silk weaving companies.

Chris encourages an innovative and investigative approach to operational stages, whilst ensuring delivery of the project to time, cost and above all quality. Forms a strong relationship with each client and supports and promotes team working.
pa & office manager
Julie joined TROY in August 2018 bringing with her over twenty years of PA, administrative and office experience. With a growing team and project workload, Julie provides seamless support and organisation to the TROY team and office.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys shows, cinema, meals out and holidaying. She is also a keen home improver and a music lover.
Chris is responsible for controlling TROY groups finance function. After training with BDO and becoming a chartered accountant he moved into industry and has senior experience across multiple sectors. Outside of the office Chris enjoys playing and watching sport and taking his dog for a walk.
Paul has amassed a wealth of experience with over 35 years within the industry. His proven track record of delivering every project on time, on budget and to the highest quality is a result of his business philosophy that communication is key to delivering innovative ideas.
Having worked with some of the industry leaders in construction and fit-out, Mark strongly believes in a highly collaborative, one team approach that ensures his projects are delivered on time, to budget whilst also exceeding the client’s expectations
Harvey graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. Since studying, he has gained experience with various reputed fit-out construction companies with a focus on urban regeneration and investments. He joins the TROY team to support the commercial management of all key accounts.
Kate joined TROY group in 2017, providing accountancy assistance through her wide knowledge of financial tasks. Having successfully studied for her accountancy exams at the end of 2017, she is now fully AAT qualified and seeking out her next milestone.
Senior Accounts Clerk
Sharon joined TROY in the finance team in January 2020. She has worked in finance for over 25 years and gained her AAT qualification in 2008.
Sharon likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, visiting the theatre, attending local events, eating out and burning off calories at the gym.
Cherie joined TROY in the finance team in October 2019. Previously, she worked as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for 11 years after leaving school, until she left to bring up her children. She then worked part time in a pub and a florist before returning to a Finance/Admin role in Social Care & Community transport.
In her spare time, Cherie enjoys spending time with her two children and watching films.
Gary joined TROY in January 2021 and has over 30 years’ experience in the fit out and construction industry. With a strong design and manufacture background, Gary has vast experience in delivering large complex hotel conversions and refurbishment projects, being involved at the pre-construction phase, assisting with the collaborative planning and sequencing workshops to develop in depth planning schedules with our clients and supply-chain partners. Allied with an inclusive management style, where Gary believes communication is key, to ensure the entire team work together collaboratively and remain focused on the key objectives. His strong leadership skills and attention to detail place him in a strong position to ensure that we deliver projects to the highest quality workmanship standard and also ensuring compliance against the Employer’s Requirements, on time and on budget.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Adam graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying. He has gained experience with various construction companies; both client side and with main contractors ranging from education, healthcare, public and private projects. Adam has 10 years’ experience within the industry.
Aadam joined TROY as a Project Manager and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a trade background in carpentry and joinery. He has detailed knowledge of the construction process from planning, design, procurement, scheduling, programming, delivery and handover. With a wealth of practical and technical knowledge and the ability of lead and motivate a team, Aadam aims to delivery projects on time and to a high and exacting standard.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Sholto joined TROY in January 2021. Sholto will manage and co-ordinate costs to meet the financial, performance and quality standards of projects. He has successfully led cost management on many high-quality projects from feasibility, estimating and tendering through to delivery. He is known to work fairly with all the supply chain to gain best value from the team.
Elliot joined TROY as a Project Manager and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Elliot’s architectural background means he is known for his attention to detail, coordination and planning. He is passionate about bringing all elements of a project, which require careful consideration, together and working closely with his clients and professional teams to achieve the project aims.
Lee joined TROY as a Project Manager and has experience at various levels within the construction industry having worked on a variety of commercial, retail and refit projects for major supermarkets, hotels, schools and railways. He has been involved in the successful management of projects ranging from £6m to £240m pounds. In his spare time, Lee is a keen fitness enthusiast and often competes in fitness events.
Health and Safety Advisor
Steve is a Graduate Member of IOSH with a wealth of experience in the construction sector. Steve has been part of the Troy team since 2014, and actively audits and reviews various projects to ensure our excellent Health & Safety culture is maintained throughout the Group.
Human Resources Consultant
With more than 16 years of HR experience and being CIPD qualified, Rue joined the team in 2015 to support the senior leaders of TROY with the people management elements of their role. She is enthusiastic about her role and the part she plays in driving and delivering comprehensive HR, training and recruitment solutions to help grow and develop talent within the team.
She is passionate about yoga, body building, DIY and her two ragdolls (pedigree cats) Simba and Alice.
