Warren has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years and has built a vast wealth of experience. He set up TROY group in 2011 to provide a more personal and dedicated fit out service, providing a high level of service to a number of established clients.
Julie is responsible for all things creative. She trained as a textile designer and previously worked for one of the UK’s leading silk weaving companies.

Vaughan has 35 years experience in the construction industry. He is also a member of RICS. He oversees commercial activities on all projects including procurement strategy, contractual and legal obligations.
pa & office manager
Julie joined TROY in August 2018 bringing with her over twenty years of PA, administrative and office experience. With a growing team and project workload, Julie provides seamless support and organisation to the TROY team and office.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys shows, cinema, meals out and holidaying. She is also a keen home improver and a music lover.
Chris is responsible for controlling TROY groups finance function. After training with BDO and becoming a chartered accountant he moved into industry and has senior experience across multiple sectors. Outside of the office Chris enjoys playing and watching sport and taking his dog for a walk.
Paul has amassed a wealth of experience with over 35 years within the industry. His proven track record of delivering every project on time, on budget and to the highest quality is a result of his business philosophy that communication is key to delivering innovative ideas.
Having worked with some of the industry leaders in construction and fit-out, Mark strongly believes in a highly collaborative, one team approach that ensures his projects are delivered on time, to budget whilst also exceeding the client’s expectations
Mike has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, completing a varied and extensive range of projects from pre-construction to completion and beyond, ensuring all projects are completed in line with clients requirements and expectations. Having also completed his Nebosh (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certificate Mike can demonstrate his commitment to improving health and safety & welfare across all sites. Outside of work, Mike’s hobbies include football, travelling and dog walking.
Andrew joined TROY as a Commercial Manager in September 2019. He has over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry, ranging from education, healthcare, fit-out, commercial, and leisure sectors. He is part of the TROY team overseeing the commercial activities, from the inception to completion of projects.
Harvey graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. Since studying, he has gained experience with various reputed fit-out construction companies with a focus on urban regeneration and investments. He joins the TROY team to support the commercial management of all key accounts.
Kate joined TROY group in 2017, providing accountancy assistance through her wide knowledge of financial tasks. Having successfully studied for her accountancy exams at the end of 2017, she is now fully AAT qualified and seeking out her next milestone.
Senior Accounts Clerk
Sharon joined TROY in the finance team in January 2020. She has worked in finance for over 25 years and gained her AAT qualification in 2008.
Sharon likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, visiting the theatre, attending local events, eating out and burning off calories at the gym.
Cherie joined TROY in the finance team in October 2019. Previously, she worked as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for 11 years after leaving school, until she left to bring up her children. She then worked part time in a pub and a florist before returning to a Finance/Admin role in Social Care & Community transport.
In her spare time, Cherie enjoys spending time with her two children and watching films.
Peter is client focused to ensure that every project is a success with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. He possesses a wide range of skills such as IT skills along with articulate communication skills this ensures every project is completed to a standard suitable for TROY.
Aaron joined TROY in January 2020. He is CIOB Site Management qualified and has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years; 12 years as a site manager and project manager covering commercial projects in the UK and the Middle East ranging from carehomes, airport control towers, cold store and factory units. He has also worked on residential projects for national house builders in the UK and refurbishment projects.
In his spare time, Aaron’s hobbies are playing and watching football (not so much playing these days) and playing golf.
Adam trained with a local building company whilst studying for his construction management degree. He managed projects from conception to completion while dealing with client exception. He joined TROY group in 2013 as Project Manager with a focus on procurement.
Health and Safety Advisor
Steve is a Graduate Member of IOSH with a wealth of experience in the construction sector. Steve has been part of the Troy team since 2014, and actively audits and reviews various projects to ensure our excellent Health & Safety culture is maintained throughout the Group.
Human Resources Consultant
With more than 16 years of HR experience and being CIPD qualified, Rue joined the team in 2015 to support the senior leaders of TROY with the people management elements of their role. She is enthusiastic about her role and the part she plays in driving and delivering comprehensive HR, training and recruitment solutions to help grow and develop talent within the team.
She is passionate about yoga, body building, DIY and her two ragdolls (pedigree cats) Simba and Alice.
Sarah joined Troy Group to support the growing financial function within the business. After completing her AAT accounting qualification in 2017, she is now studying for a CIMA qualification. In her spare time, Sarah attends Comic-Cons, enjoys playing video games and is an avid reader and movie enthusiast.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Tom joined TROY group as a trainee quantity surveyor to assist with commercial aspects of the company. Having graduated from the University of Suffolk with a 2:1 in Business Management, he hopes to develop his career further by studying for a MSc in Construction Project Management at Anglia Ruskin University.
Jamie joined TROY as a Quantity Surveyor in June 2019. He has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in the UK and overseas, ranging from heritage building restoration grade I, II* & II, to shopfitting and airport lounges, and design and build hotels. He is responsible for tendering, procurement, budget / cost control cost / value reconciliation, subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.
Assistant Project Manager
Amy joined TROY as an Assistant Project Manager in July 2019. She is currently studying a degree in Construction Management at UCEM. She has over 7 years’ experience in property and is looking to develop her skills further.
