Warren has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years and has built a vast wealth of experience. He set up TROY group in 2011 to provide a more personal and dedicated fit out service, providing a high level of service to a number of established clients.
Julie is responsible for all things creative. She trained as a textile designer and previously worked for one of the UK’s leading silk weaving companies.

Chris encourages an innovative and investigative approach to operational stages, whilst ensuring delivery of the project to time, cost and above all quality. Forms a strong relationship with each client and supports and promotes team working.
Julie is responsible for controlling TROY group’s finance function. She has 30 years’ experience, gaining knowledge across a number of sectors, including 10 years’ in the construction industry. Outside of the office, Julie is at her happiest entertaining family and friends or with her foot on the accelerator of a fast car.
Vaughan has 35 years experience in the construction industry. He is also a member of RICS. He oversees commercial activities on all projects including procurement strategy, contractual and legal obligations.
Paul has amassed a wealth of experience with over 35 years within the industry. His proven track record of delivering every project on time, on budget and to the highest quality is a result of his business philosophy that communication is key to delivering innovative ideas.
Peter is client focused to ensure that every project is a success with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. He possesses a wide range of skills such as IT skills along with articulate communication skills this ensures every project is completed to a standard suitable for TROY.
Ashley started her career as a Cost Consultant for a major London based Consultancy and Construction company. Her experience in the Industry has always been client focused, with a keen drive for delivering projects on time and on budget. She joined TROY group as a Quantity Surveyor in October 2017.
Josh trained with a major construction company where he obtained a BSc in construction management. Josh has a clear focus on delivery and ensures every project finishes on time and to budget. He maintains excellent client communication on operational and commercial matters to guarantee the successful completion on each project.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Paul has over 20 years experience across a wide range of disciplines within the construction industry, including with two top 15 contractors in the last 10 years. He is responsible for tendering, procurement, budget/ cost control, cost/ value reconciliations, variation pricing and final accounting.
Kate joined TROY group in 2017, providing accountancy assistance through her wide knowledge of financial tasks. Having successfully studied for her accountancy exams at the end of 2017, she is now fully AAT qualified and seeking out her next milestone.
Having worked with some of the industry leaders in construction and fit-out, Mark strongly believes in a highly collaborative, one team approach that ensures his projects are delivered on time, to budget whilst also exceeding the client’s expectations
Adam trained with a local building company whilst studying for his construction management degree. He managed projects from conception to completion while dealing with client exception. He joined TROY group in 2013 as Project Manager with a focus on procurement.
Health and Safety Advisor
Steve is a Graduate Member of IOSH with a wealth of experience in the construction sector. Steve has been part of the Troy team since 2014, and actively audits and reviews various projects to ensure our excellent Health & Safety culture is maintained throughout the Group.
Harvey graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. Since studying, he has gained experience with various reputed fit-out construction companies with a focus on urban regeneration and investments. He joins the TROY team to support the commercial management of all key accounts.
Purchase Ledger Clerk
Rachel joined Troy Group in January 2018 as Purchase Ledger Clerk. Her background is mainly in finance with a focus on Credit Control. She enjoys building and maintaining lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues alike and prides herself on her ability to do so.

Outside of work, Rachel likes to walk her dachshund Willow and has started aerial yoga and horse riding lessons.
Human Resources Consultant
With more than 16 years of HR experience and being CIPD qualified, Rue joined the team in 2015 to support the senior leaders of TROY with the people management elements of their role. She is enthusiastic about her role and the part she plays in driving and delivering comprehensive HR, training and recruitment solutions to help grow and develop talent within the team.
She is passionate about yoga, body building, DIY and her two ragdolls (pedigree cats) Simba and Alice.

Julie joined TROY group in August 2018 bringing with her over twenty years of PA and administrative experience. With a growing team and project workload, Julie provides seamless support and a whole other level of organisation to the office.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys music shows, cinema, meals out and holidaying.
Sarah joined Troy Group to support the growing financial function within the business. After completing her AAT accounting qualification in 2017, she is now studying for a CIMA qualification. In her spare time, Sarah attends Comic-Cons, enjoys playing video games and is an avid reader and movie enthusiast.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Tom joined TROY group as a trainee quantity surveyor to assist with commercial aspects of the company. Having graduated from the University of Suffolk with a 2:1 in Business Management, he hopes to develop his career further by studying for a MSc in Construction Project Management at Anglia Ruskin University.
Mike has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, completing a varied and extensive range of projects from pre-construction to completion and beyond, ensuring all projects are completed in line with clients requirements and expectations. Having also completed his Nebosh (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certificate Mike can demonstrate his commitment to improving health and safety & welfare across all sites. Outside of work, Mike’s hobbies include football, travelling and dog walking.
