Corton Coastal Holiday Village
Having worked with Warner Leisure Hotels on a number of their coastal holiday properties, TROY group were asked to carry out refurbishment works to Corton Coastal Holiday Village based in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
The 8 week project included a comprehensive design phase which allowed TROY to advise in the design and structure specification ahead of the installation of a new vaulted, acoustic ceiling.

The project commenced with the demolition and strip-out of their restaurant and cabaret suite and included installation of HVAC, air handling and new lighting with smaller power arrangements throughout the restaurant. The build site was fully decorated, and wallpapered with carpet and vinyl installed throughout. Even the dance floor was refurbished ready to welcome guests back.
To minimise disruption and disappointment to hotel guests, a temporary entertainment and dining area was created and serviced throughout the entire build phase.
The new buffet servery includes granite worktops with ceramic tiling, kitted out to serve up to 450 covers.
