Sinah Warren Cabaret
In January 2018 TROY group commenced onsite at Sinah Warren Hotel, a Warner Leisure Hotel located on Hayling Island; Portsmouth. This extensive refurbishment project included refitting 60 hotel rooms, the cabaret lounge and show bar with a team of 20 contractors spending approximately 3,800hrs onsite.

The bar refurbishment was a major element – transformed thanks to smart lighting, modern colour scheme and tiling. Contemporary new flooring, enough to cover two bowling greens accommodates the much-needed additional seating (530 covers).
Sinah received some great coverage in the Warner Leisure Hotel magazine (view here) which reveals it’s their first hotel to have a 160 inch LED screen to complement on-stage performances. Couple this with the impressive visual and audio setup, there’s no doubt this will be a big hit with hotel guests.
