Tipi Amenity Space
In April 2018 we refurbished a temporary sales and marketing suite for Tipi London at the Civic Centre in London whilst their permanent shell was being constructed by Wates, beneath a buy-to-rent apartment block in Wembley. We’re delighted to have completed the category A & B design and build fit-out of their brand new suite last month (February 2019).

The 12 week refurbishment project involved working with a number of great brands; The Vintage Caravan Company, Dyke & Dean, John Lewis and Rocket St George to name just a few. The new sales and marketing suite features telephone booths for those private phone calls, a quirky caravan (why not) and a glass light tower which cascades multi-coloured reflections across the ground floor area.
Even from the outside, the build looks impressive and matches the colourful and atmospheric vibe of Boxpark Wembley! We are now transforming their previous office space into two retail units on the first floor, and extending the ground floor to accommodate Sainsbury’s next door.
