In January 2019 we gutted Quintains’ previous sales & marketing offices at Brent Civic Centre to accommodate additional office and retail space.

We returned, and this office refurbishment project involved the alteration of 2 office spaces to create three separate demises – to house the expansion of the neighbouring Sainsburys retail unit, 1st floor office and a brand new white box retail unit.

The project had its challenges; intricate cut and carve works, introduction of a new mezzanine, a feature staircase and a platform lift provision together with reconfigured MEP services. All completed on-time and to-budget. A great project which allowed us to liaise with a number of suppliers including Leslie Jones Architecture, Stace Consultancy, Griffith Evans Consultancy and Fossey Arora who drove the interior design element.
