TROY group achieves £100 million in sales revenue
Specialist construction company, TROY group celebrate a major milestone as they report sales of £100 million to-date.
TROY group, headquartered in Bury St Edmunds, specialises in construction for the hotel, leisure and student living sectors. Founded by Managing Director, Warren Troy in 2011, the company has undergone 2 office relocations due to team expansion and is currently based on St Johns Street, in their award-winning 2 storey office.
Working with household brands such as Travelodge, Costa Coffee and Holiday Inn Express, TROY group are experts in their field of commercial fit-out projects ranging from £150k to £8m. They employ a central team of 25 colleagues with an extended supplier network across the UK.

“We have made significant progress in the Student Accommodation, and University Academic sectors last year through frameworks and negotiating schemes with clients such as; IQ Student Living and the University of Derby. In 2018 we refurbished, and converted over 600 rooms, and communal spaces in 7 UK cities equating to £7.5m in just 12 weeks. As we approach the summer of 2019, we are now gearing ourselves to continue our growth in this sector through opportunities with Derby University, IQ Student Living, which we expect to exceed £8m through the busy month of the summer” comments Chris Hufford, Operations Director, who joined Troy group in July 2017.

“Equally, fantastic progress has been made in our commercial fit-out sector within the year, delivering over £2.5m of office space on three schemes for Quintain on Wembley Park – we see a huge pipeline of opportunity ahead of us in this sector also.”
