The elegant 3* Sinah Warren Hotel on Hayling Island is part of the Warner Leisure Hotel portfolio which specialises in UK activity breaks just for grown-ups.
TROY group were commissioned to refurbish a number of hotel rooms, including the Signature and Standard styles as well as completely rehauling their show bar and Cabaret lounge. Although this isn’t TROY group’s first project with Bourne Leisure, Sinah Warren Hotel became a client in August 2017.

Our Project Managers worked closely with Reach PM Ltd, a construction consultancy with extensive experience in the leisure and hotel sector. We liaised with Bourne Leisure, operator of Warner Leisure Hotel and boutique design practice, Blueprint Interior Architecture.
The hotel is set within a coastal landscape overlooking Langstone Harbour and the finished rooms reflect a nautical tranquility expected from a Warner Leisure Hotel.
