Hyatt Place Heathrow

TROY group were appointed to refurbish the Heathrow Hotel as part of an extensive rebranding exercise to Hyatt Place Hotel, the first ever Hyatt Place in Europe. Phased over 12 months, the refurbishment included works to 351 hotel rooms, reception area, meeting rooms and an onsite restaurant and bar.

Troy team worked with a number of stakeholders including Dexter Moren; an award-winning architects and interior designers based in London, and italian joinery company, Lema. The modern and luxurious finish to all hotel areas serves to reinforce Hyatt Place’s 4-star guest rating.
