TROY were selected to carryout the extensive refurbishment of the 134 guest rooms over three floors including the corridors and mechanical and electrical service installations within a very busy live environment. The scope of works involved the complete strip-out of structural elements and services taking the space back to a shell to enable the guest rooms to be constructed to create the next generation of Holiday Inn guest rooms. We have since been appointed under a separate order to complete the fit-out of the public area spaces to create luxurious open plan lobby and F&B space which involves major structural alterations, external façade and terrace space.
