Following the acquisition of the Curve in 2019 GSA engaged TROY as part of a two stage tender process to complete the entire refurbishment of the rooms and amenity spaces across 9 floors. Working closely with the designers we have created exceptional amenity spaces that will enhance the student experience with study spaces, private dining areas, cinema rooms and a wellbeing area with a dedicated gym. With a challenging internal layout of the studio rooms the result of the end design solution has created 350 studio rooms and cluster flats which create an offering of luxury space to live and learn within the heart of the City.
