In 2013, TROY group were awarded the Travelodge framework to refurbish 43,000 hotel rooms across 34 months.
The initial brief required a complete brand refresh and refurb across all Travelodge locations including hotel reception areas, ensuite rooms as well as onsite restaurants. Our specialist team worked on a complex roll-out whilst ensuring minimal disruption to Travelodge guests and staff. TROY modernised each site with the updated Travelodge brand to refresh the customer experience. One year into the programme, TROY group were awarded Travelodge Supplier of the Year, testament to the experience and dedication of those in the supply chain.
