Having successfully completed the refit of Costa Coffee in Greenwich in 2015, TROY group continue to work with the Whitbread brand to deliver a series of UK shop refits and drive-thru’s.
For example, the Sheffield Costa Coffee was completed to time and budget in March 2016 at Orchard Square shopping centre in Sheffield; it included the ground floor cafe, first floor seating area and outdoor mezzanine. Throughout the project, the team had access to a shared procedures repository which was a critical success factor for the quality and seamless refit completion.

The TROY team are no strangers to working to tight deadlines in busy city centre environments, the Greenwich barista’s were able to open the doors to customers in just 3 weeks. With a new store layout, flooring, counter tops and lighting, the Costa Coffee brand welcomes more customers into new stores opening across the UK.
